The Moser Tower PDF Print E-mail
The Visitor Center and Moser Tower will be closed during these concerts, so there are no indoor warming areas. We recommend you bring lawnchairs, blankets, and dress warmly.
The carillon will be played by local carilloneurs, including Tim Sleep, the newly appointed City Carilloneur. Congratulations Tim! And to all our carillon listeners: Enjoy!

Tower, Visitor Center Reopening Soon!
Plan a visit to the Tower, climb to the top and see the breathtaking view of the surrounding community!
Learn the history of the Tower, the Riverwalk and Centennial Pool when you come inside the Visitor Center. You can even play a tune on the Kids Klavier interactive computer kiosk!

The Carillon and Visitor Center will start another season of tours on Saturdays and Sundays beginning Saturday, May 3, 2008.
We add Friday tours to the schedule beginning May 23rd, the Friday of memorial Day weekend.
Visiting hours run from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

The Third Gift
Moser Tower and Millennium Carillon was begun in 1998 as a labor of love by a small group of Naperville families, and in a short time the vision spread to many, who donated the funds to make the vision a reality.
In the tradition of Centennial Beach and the Riverwalk, the Millennium Carillon is a gift from the people of our community for all future generations to enjoy.
Those who donated funds to make our carillon possible also left messages about themselves, their life in Naperville, and their support of the carillon project. You can read their messages in this cyberspace time capsule.

Open-Air Structure
Moser Tower is an open-air structure, and as such, visits can be impacted by weather. The Naperville Park District may cancel tours to the Tower if weather conditions pose any safety hazard to visitors and staff. Please consider this when planning your trip to the tower. Contact the Park District on the day of your visit if you have any doubts about the weather's impact on tours.

Group Tours
Numerous groups, like boy and girl scout troops, have enjoyed the spectacular view from atop the Tower. Yours Can too!
To schedule Millennium Carillon tours for groups of 10 or more, please contact Michelle LaScola with the Naperville Park District at (630) 848-5000 or This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Finding the Carillon
Once you're in town, you can't miss it! The carillon is the prominent fixture of the Naperville cityscape. For those planning a trip into Naperville, please refer to the map below to locate cross-streets.
Parking is available in a number of city lots nearby and on city streets as well. The carillon is a short distance from any point along the Riverwalk.
Closest access to the tower by car would be the lot just south of the tower, accessible from Aurora Ave.
If you click on the map below, you'll go to Google Maps, where you can see more streets and plan your route to the carillon.
