We are pleased to provide our customers a small introduction to our native land. We hope you will enjoy La Fiesta and experience the warmth, color and friendliness that is reminiscent of a village in Mexico.
La Fiesta, is in the center of a vacation wonderland. We live in Oceana County, in west Michigan surrounded by warm lakes and cold streams that provide countless activities for every age. Lupe and Fabian Vasquez, the proprietors, recognized as a young married couple that there were no restaurants serving traditional Mexican Cuisine in the area. They desired to bring the cooking they enjoyed at home to the residents and visitors of western Michigan, so in 1987 they opened the "La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant." They had three objectives - serve the highest quality Mexican food, provide the absolute best service and make a profit.
La Fiesta started with a twenty-five foot wide dining room with 10 tables. Space was tight, but our customers enjoyed our great food and friendly service. Customer demand was so good that in 1998, we expanded into the adjacent store front and doubled our space. Today, we have thirty tables and we can accomodate 100 customers. We offer private parties for special occassions and we prepare take-out for the times that you desire to eat at home
Oceana County is an exciting place to vacation. There are activities for the young, the old and the in between. Summer is great, but winter, fall and spring can be just as much fun. Enjoy your visit and let La Fiesta Restaurant be your host for breakfast, lunch and dinner
