Zobrist Construction is a general contracting firm who has been in business since 1939. We are a family run business that is in its third generation of ownership. Noah Zobrist is our founder who took his natural building skills and love for construction from building corncribs and barns to home building. Noah's commitment to "doing it right" is a principal we still adhere to.
After World War II four of Noah's sons joined the business and took the business to another level. Home building went into subdivision development and residential construction led to commercial construction in the 1960's. The second generation established itself as a well-respected contractor who built its reputation on its performance for both owners and architects. Strong relationships were built with owners, architects and subcontractors over the next twenty years.
It is with that heritage that we now move into the 21st century. We have found that the building of relationships is as important as the building of buildings. We are committed to the founding principal of "doing it right". Today our industry has moved toward a spirit of cooperation and respect between the owner, architect, contractors, tradesmen and unions. We feel that this move fits well with the business philosophy that N. Zobrist Construction established years ago
