Founded in 1980 by Patrick Vacala, the privately held firm has 51 full-time employees working out of the company’s new 31,500 square foot headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois.
Virtually all Vacala projects include three team members who are focused on developing healthy relationships with the customer: the Project Executive, the Project Manager, and the Superintendent. In addition, Project Engineers at Vacala headquarters make certain paperwork and details associated with each project are managed in a timely and professional manner.
Vacala also recognizes the importance of providing the construction team with the best technology available to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Field employees make full use of computers, utilizing software to manage scheduling, documentation, and accounting.
