FLAT ROOFS - We install modified bitumen(modified), Built Up Roofing(BUR), EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) and Thermoplastics and we are certified with many manufactures to apply these systems. We can offer 10-12 year manufacturer's warranties on most of these systems!
SHINGLE ROOFS sloped - We use asphalt, fiberglass, cedar shakes and cedar shingles. We are trained and certified by many manufacturers to apply these systems. We can offer 25-40 year manufacturer's warranty on most of these systems!
PREVENTIVE ROOF MAINTENANCE (PRM) - We would like to suggest an alternative to large expenditures on your roof. We can add years of top quality performance and trouble free protection on your building's largest investment. PRM can help you budget for the future. PRM programs are a series of roof inspections which identify and repair the cause of problems which may exist. The best time to start a PRM, is the day the roof is installed. Some manufactures require maintenance to qualify for a warranty. It's never too late to bring your older roof up to a level of maintainability.
We recommend PRM after the harsh weather conditions of the winter and summer. At the time of inspection, repairs are made to defected areas. A written report outlining your roof's components are rated and descriptions of repairs which are performed are detailed.
