Alliance Grain Cooperative is a farmer owned elevator system established in 1991. Thirteen elevators throughout eastern central Illinois make up the board-run network. Alliance has operations in Anchor, Bellflower, Campus, Cabery, Charlotte, Cropsey, Colfax, Cullom, Gibson City West, Gibson City Middle, Melvin, Saybrook, and Sibley. Eight of these elevators are rail load-out accessible via our Bloomer Line rail company. Approximately 22 million bushels of grain can be stored at these elevator locations. Soft Winter Wheat, Corn, and Soybeans are taken at our facilities. Non-GMO Soybeans are contracted for delivery into any terminal in Central Illinois.

On a daily basis, Alliance Grain Co. supplies grain storage, marketing assistance, and off-farm hauling, to name a few, all at competitive prices. Being farmer owned has helped us visiualize all aspects of agricultural production. Share holders (producers) elect a board member from 10 different districts. These board members, 11 with one at large, discuss the operations of the elevator and represent their district. This management system has kept Alliance Grain Cooperative thriveing these last 16 years
